This month's blog is dedicated to Designer Blouses, which is the most popular trend atleast in A.P & is here to stay. With little enhancements & creativity our ordinary blouse can be turned into the designer blouses.Let me share the ways I can think of to make a proper designer blouse.

I am proud to present my own designs for the first time on this blog

The best and easy way is to get rich embroidery on blouse. We don’t always need boutique’s for this our gully embroider does this

Another way is to mix and match different fabrics. Take rich traditional fabrics such as brocade, banaras, choose good color combination

The color combination can be same as that in sari or total contrast. Use different fabrics for sleeves & blouse body or different fabrics at back neck & same for sleeves

Use fabrics that are contrast or that differ in shade

Experiment with different sleeve & hem shape instead of regular shapes. Like use V-shape for sleeves &/or hem

The other way is to get texturing done like using smocking, pintucks, pleats etc done for sleeves or at back neck.

Use traditional Indian fabrics like silk, brocade, banaras for a modern blouse like strapless, sleeveless or knotted one’s

Even for traditional saris like handlooms, silk etc go for contemporary patterned blouses

Smart usage of  appliue & patch works make a great patterned designer blouse

Go for deep necks with padded blouses
